STRESS MANAGEMENT
Stress has become a common topic of conversation in all social settings, whether it is at work or home. Everyone gets stressed at some point but the way one deals with it, is what makes the difference. Stress affects several aspects in one's life: one's ability to work, consequently affecting productivity; physical health; mental health; as well as personal/professional relationships. However, stress is not always a bad thing, and having stress can actually be beneficial in some way or another. The training focuses on understanding the dynamics of stress, it's causes and effective ways to manage it.

Employees often feel paralyzed by the fear that they don’t know enough about their clients' cultures or make the mistake of disregarding it completely. This training will increase understanding of culture and cultural experiences that impacts clients. This training helps in strengthening one’s own cultural self-awareness, improve observation and the ability to acknowledge and use the client's culture effectively.
Objectives:
Analyse personal biases to improve engagement strategies and build rapport with a variety of clients.
Develop an understanding of impact of varying cultural group experiences to enhance empathy
Learn culturally competent practices as well as importance of self disclosure.
Utilize strategies to address unintentional cultural offenses towards clients to increase engagement
Apply skills to overcome cultural barriers such as language, religion and different belief systems to improve outcomes
